FREIGHT POLICY
Shipping within the continental US only. Orders will be shipped F.O.B shipping location prepaid and charged on each order unless previously agreed upon with Envirolume LLC’s leadership team. Shipments will be shipped using a carrier of Envirolume’s choice. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
Products may be returned only after receiving an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Envirolume LLC. Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted. Returns through no fault of Envirolume LLC will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To receive credit for defect merchandise, it must be returned to Envirolume, LLC; do not destroy or dispose of defective merchandise and it must be returned in the original packaging. Used merchandise, unless found to be defective within the warranty period, cannot be returned. Shipping-related damages or discrepancies must be reported to the carrier immediately. Envirolume LLC must be notified of any shipping discrepancies or product errors within 5 business days from receiving order. Custom ordered products are not returnable. Holiday products cannot be returned after December 15th. Absolutely no returns for any merchandise after 20 days of merchandise receipt.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Order: Minimum order amount is $250.00.
Order Quantities: Standard quantities have been established as a minimum order amount listed product catalogs and prices lists.
Terms: All invoices are payable in US dollars. All past due balances are subject to a finance charge at the higher of the maximum rate permitted by law, or 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Pricing: Products are sold at prices in effect at time of order. All pricing is subject to change without notice and are subject to availability at time of order.
Credit: All orders are subject to credit approval. Credit lines can be established upon credit approval and payment history has been established. Please call or click here for a credit application. Once credit lines are established, payment terms at NET30 from date of shipment, unless otherwise stated. Slow paying customers may be placed on credit hold, prepay status or credit card only status. Shipments will be held until the account has been cleared.
General Statement: Envirolume LLC assumes no responsibility in any event for payment of incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, costs relating to installation or reinstallation of the products, or damages to properties or personal injuries. Our maximum liability to you is the amount paid for your product. These products may induce electrical shocks to a person or fire hazards to properties if not installed properly or if altered in any way.
